The Role:
Lead and motivate a high-performing residential sales team to achieve targets
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth processes and compliance
Drive sales strategies and monitor performance metrics for growth
Support agents in delivering exceptional client experiences and resolving issues
Coordinate training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge
Prepare and analyse reports to inform decision-making and improve results
The successful Candidate:
Current QLD Real Estate Registration - Essential
Prior Real Estate experience in a similar role
IMMACULATE presentation and a skilled manner
Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
High level of communication and attention to detail
Robust written & verbal communication skills
