We are seeking an individual who has proven experience in employee relations, HR or similar roles, with demonstrated ability to manage performance, mediate disputes and negotiate to achieve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a key contact for employee relations matters
* Support the Employee Health and Wellbeing Specialist with employee wellbeing tasks
* Support general HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and HR administration
* Collaborate with HR, management and operational teams to ensure delivery of business outcomes
