Location: 100% remote & async-friendly (fit it around your full-time role or freelance work)
Hourly Rate: $40 per hour plus Equity package

Responsibilities
* Design static ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns
* Design carousels for organic socials posts
* Collaborate on visual concepts, themes, and messaging
* Use AI image generation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly) to speed up or enhance the creative process
Qualifications
* A seasoned designer with a strong portfolio (bonus points for paid ad creatives)
* Familiarity with Meta ad formats, creative best practices, and trends
* Experience using AI tools in your workflow and ability to show results
* Dependable, fast, easy to work with, with a great eye and responsive
* Marketing degree or extra marketing qualifications are a plus
