The Referee Coach and Development Officer is responsible for supporting referees across Queensland. This role will focus on providing coaching, development education, mentoring, match day supervision, fitness training accreditation course delivery administrative assistance referral panel management logistical tournament arrangements guidance communication reporting quality control quantitative evaluation data.
