About the role
Loan Mart Finance Brokers' has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administration Assistant to join their team in Geelong, Victoria. As an integral member of the administrative support function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
What you'll be doing
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Finance Brokers, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
* Maintaining and updating client records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls, as well as welcoming and assisting clients and visitors
* Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising supplies
* Collaborating with the team to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative processes
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or similar role, preferably within the finance or professional services industry
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
* A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
