A great opportunity has arisen at BRHS for a proactive and costumer focused administrator to join the Corporate Operations team in a fixed-term contract and grow and consolidate their administration skills in a Grade 2 position. The position: Contract: Fixed-Term, Full-Time position. 80.0 hours per fortnight with Accrued Days Off (ADO) to – Split EFT will be considered
In this role you will provide high level administration support to Facilities, Food Services, Environmental Services and Capital Projects. The position ensures smooth continuous operations by delivering timely, accurate and efficient administrative service to a range of stakeholders aligning with the principles of professionalism, approachableness and compassion. Typical tasks of the role will include and are not limited to produce compliance reports, roster maintenance, calendar management and keep track of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Key Criteria Required:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or support role
* Experience in a costumer-facing role where a professional and person-centred approach was essential
* Certificate in Business or Business Administration (desirable)
* Competent in Microsoft Suite including MS Teams, Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with accurate data entry skills and the ability to use and learn business systems such as Kronos, asset registers, and other databases.
* Ability to independently respond to shifting priorities, adapt quickly to changing demands, and work effectually in a dynamic environment.
