We’re looking for a Sub-Agent to join our Brisbane-based agency, working directly with Brisbane business owners, executives, and IT leaders to transform how they manage print, documents, and workflows.
What you’ll do
- Run your own day - working to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Manage a client base with an established MIF
- Manage client relationships, from initial prospecting through to deal structuring and presenting proposals and concepts
- Learn how to leverage Canon’s portfolio of award-winning devices and solutions (hardware, software, managed print) to solve customer pain points
- Participate in strategy sessions and receive mentorship in high-level sales techniques, proposal writing, and objection handling
What we’re looking for
- Industry knowledge – you understand the copier/print/document management world and know how to talk shop with decision makers
- Sales acumen – you can structure a deal, run the numbers, and present with confidence
- Work ethic – you’re willing to put in the hard work, from cold outreach to boardroom presentations
- Growth mindset – open to feedback, coaching, and continuous development
- Market leader in both hardware and software
- Full admin support from Sales-Support staff, Installations team – freeing you up to get deals and manage your client relationships
- Earn high commissions with transparent structures and uncapped potential
- No micro-management

Location: Brisbane (flexible mix of office, client site, and remote work)
Compensation: Commission-only role with lucrative earning potential
