TRG's software arm, eSkilled, is a rapidly expanding SaaS provider specializing in Student and Learning Management platforms. We set up, host, and manage these platforms for RTO clients across Australia. We are excited to introduce a new role focused on enhancing our customer experience, ensuring clients are well-supported to maximize their software use.
Role Overview
We seek a skilled communicator with solid training experience, solid RTO compliance and operations knowledge, and familiarity with Learning and Student Management systems. Your role will involve supporting clients through onboarding, developing training programs, and improving communication to ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure new eSkilled customers are onboarded successfully and maximize software benefits
- Conduct "How To" training webinars on software features
- Create tutorial videos and screen captures for training
- Collaborate with marketing on feature communications and promotions
- Identify at-risk clients and support their success
- Achieve KPIs related to client retention
- Work with support to improve onboarding tools and tutorials
- Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure smooth transitions from sales to support
- Promote paid services like course build and implementation
- Assist with targeted marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum four years of training experience
- Excellent communication, listening, coaching, and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience delivering online coaching via platforms like Zoom
- Organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented, energetic, and supportive attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience as a trainer in an RTO
- Knowledge of RTO policies, procedures, and operations
- Understanding of the Australian VET sector and AVETMISS reporting
- Experience with Student Management Systems and Moodle LMS
