This role requires strong leadership, organisational, planning, and financial skills. As the leader of the village, you will be accountable for all aspects of running the facility, including office administration, financial management, asset management, supplier management, and resident interactions.
To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate a result-focused attitude, experience in organising and planning, strong written and verbal communication skills, efficient time management, and crisis management skills. Competency in accounts, reconciliation, and financial management software is also essential.
