We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive growth and expand our customer base in the Newcastle Hunter Central & Mid North Coast region.
Main Responsibilities:
* BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS AND NEW BUSINESS
* Achieving set targets for call rates, coverage, distribution, trade spend, product mix, and volume
* Developing and executing sales strategies with the Sales Manager
* Conducting performance reviews and 1:1 meetings
* Meeting KPIs in a timely manner and identifying areas for continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
* Proven sales experience in managing customer accounts and growing business
* Ability to prioritize workload and work independently
* Proficiency in using computers and learning internal systems
* Previous experience in meat, smallgoods, wine, and/or coffee sales is an advantage
* Experience with CRM, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related programs
