We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Environment Advisors to join our talent community.

Work Location: Opportunities are FIFO from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing or Kununurra to our Pilbara WA mine sites.
Rosters available: Our rosters range from 8D6R, 7N7N14R or 7D7N7R depending on site and department.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee field based environmental monitoring activities, including surface water, groundwater, dust and soil sampling
Oversee analysis of monitoring data against trigger level and long-term trends for reporting
Undertake internal compliance verifications to ensure environmental approval requirements are implemented
Audit and manage environmental risk using Fortescue's risk management systems
Lead incident investigations and the identification and implementation of corrective actions
Prepare annual statutory environmental compliance reports
Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or equivalent
5+ years experience in a relevant industry role
Proven knowledge of WA and Federal environmental legislation and guidelines
Strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple levels of leadership across the organisation
Proficient with MS Office and general IT systems
Excellent organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills
Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
