We are hiring a full‑time Community Manager to join our team at the Goulburn Gardens site in Goulburn, NSW, Australia. The role reports to the Area Manager and focuses on day‑to‑day community operations and resident experience.

In this Role, You'll
* Oversee daily community operations to ensure high standards of service, presentation and compliance
* Manage staff and residents while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment
* Handle administration and legislation including tenancy paperwork and regulatory compliance
* Promote the community through marketing, events and initiatives to drive occupancy
* Maintain health, safety and wellbeing for residents and ensure contractors meet standards
