What You'll Be Doing
Providing friendly and helpful service to every customer, every time
Helping shoppers find the perfect products for gifts, decorating & celebrations
Staying organised and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday & Cyber Monday
Contributing to sales and supporting your team to smash seasonal targets
Working across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment
The Ideal Candidate
You love the festive energy of retail and thrive in a busy environment
Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude is a must
Flexible to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Quick to learn and ready to help wherever needed
