We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile and talented Guest Services Agent to join the Arise Hotels & Apartments Teams. We are looking for an experienced and professional hotelier who has previous experience working in Hotels & Resorts.

What Your Week Looks Like
Your role will focus on providing high-quality customer service to our guests and residents during their stay. You will handle timely and effective email and phone communications, including inquiries from future and current guests. Responsibilities include checking in and out arriving and departing guests, which is essential for smooth daily operations and the guest experience.
You will face challenging situations that require problem-solving skills and the ability to be flexible and agile, while maintaining the integrity and reputation of our brand.
What We Need From You
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role
* Previous experience using RMS9 and Cloud Hospitality Software is an advantage
* Strong ability to use basic Microsoft Office systems
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Resourcefulness and self-sufficiency
* Ability to anticipate needs, be agile, and meet deadlines
* Strong customer service skills
* Effective time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
