Workplace Health and Safety Administration Trainee
This role involves learning about WHS legislation, systems, and workplace procedures while being supported and mentored.
* Maintain accurate records of WHS documentation
* Promote awareness of health and safety policies through effective communication strategies
* Monitor and report WHS incidents, near misses, and procedures to stakeholders
* Update internal checklists and folders with relevant information
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
* Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures
* Stay up-to-date on the latest occupational health and safety regulations and standards
* Build positive relationships with key stakeholders to foster a collaborative approach to health and safety management
