We are seeking a skilled Heavy Plant Operator to join our team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a range of heavy plant equipment, including backhoes, excavators, and bulldozers. They will also be required to conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to the site manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate heavy plant equipment, including backhoes, excavators, and bulldozers
* Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment
* Report any equipment issues to the site manager
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals
Requirements
* More than 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery
* Experience working on civil infrastructure projects
* A strong commitment to safety and a passion for delivering high-quality work
* Tickets to operate other types of plant and machinery
* A valid driver's license and industry induction cards
* A willingness to travel and be open to living away from home
* Possession of a safety-first mindset
