Your New Role
As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you will:
* Coordinate HR processes to support operational workforce planning
* Ensure employee engagement, workforce compliance, and staff wellbeing meet company standards
* Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation, ensuring compliance with Fair Work Awards and National Employment Standards
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job advertising, screening, reference checking, and onboarding
* Utilise Employment Hero for employee documentation, payroll integration, and ongoing workforce management
* Foster strong professional relationships and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
* Provide ongoing HR advisory support, champion procedural improvements, and ensure accurate records
* Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity with sensitive staff information
Key Criteria / Skills & Experience
* Experience in a Human Resources Coordinator or similar HR generalist role
* Working knowledge of Employment Hero workforce management platform
* Demonstrated understanding of Fair Work Award compliance and the National Employment Standards
* End-to-end recruitment experience, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
* Sound understanding of HR compliance, policies, and processes
* Strong communication skills and proficient computer literacy
* Excellent time management and collaborative leadership abilities
Highly Regarded (but not essential):
* Experience in construction, electrical, or technical project environments
* Qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
* Understanding of workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements
* Experience supporting payroll and HR reporting processes
