About the role
Racecourse Motors Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate and driven Motorcycle Sales Consultant to join our team in Randwick, NSW. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, selling and promoting our premium range of motorcycles.
What you'll be doing
* Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and matching them with the perfect motorcycle
* Demonstrating and test-riding motorcycles to showcase their features and capabilities
* Closing sales and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for customers
* Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
* Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
* Actively contributing to the growth and success of the motorcycle sales team
What we're looking for
* Proven sales experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry, with a passion for motorcycles
* Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of our motorcycle range
* A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering an exceptional sales experience
* Enthusiasm, creativity, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
* A valid motorcycle license and a clean driving record

To be successful in this role you will need to have:
* Have a manual car license (P minimum) & bike license (L minimum)
* Have a passion for motorcycles and knowledge of various brands
* A great communicators and love to sell

* Are ambitious and who will actively pursue all sales leads and enquiries.
