Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a solicitor. The Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, including criminal, traffic law matters. Key responsibilities include providing legal advice, representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements. The role also requires collaboration with colleagues, clients, and external experts to achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Criminal Law, Traffic Law,l
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and case preparation
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team
* Admittance as a legal practitioner in South Australia
* Experience practicing law in South Australia is highly desirable
