About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the responsibility for providing a high standard of customer service and play a vital role in the order management cycle to our Reseller channel customers.
Responsibilities:
* Process and schedule customer orders to ensure best use of inventory and warehouse capacity
* Handle customer enquiries, escalations and complaints via phone and e-mail
* Build rapport maintain relationships with customers
* Co-ordinate with internal sales, warehouse and inventory teams
* Assist with continuous improvement projects
