Job Description
Position: Cook (ANZSCO 351411) Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation Location: Terrigal NSW 2260 Our client, Aromas on Sea, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Cook to join their growing kitchen team. Duties include, but are not limited to: -Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality -Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment -Preparing and cooking food -Seasoning food during cooking -Portioning food, place it on plates and add gravies, sauces and garnishes -Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities -Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements

-May plan menus and estimate food requirements -May train other kitchen staff and apprentices To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Relevant qualification/s
* 2-3 years experience in a similar role/setting
* Excellent communication skills
* Passion for cooking
