You'll be trusted as a key client adviser, and supported to lead, mentor and grow a capable team.Key responsibilities include:Leading the delivery of accounting, tax and advisory services across your client portfolioOverseeing the preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returnsPreparing and presenting practical, strategic tax adviceManaging client relationships with clear, timely and high-quality communicationCoaching and mentoring accountants and support staff to build capability and confidenceManaging team workflow, WIP, productivity and budgets to ensure smooth deliveryAbout YouYou're an experienced public practice professional ready to step into a with real autonomy and influence.
