You'll be the trusted advisor to major enterprise clients, delivering secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.What You'll Be Doing:Drive technology design, implementation, execution and/or optimization for customer projects/accounts.Work with customers to plan, design, configure and/or diagnose a suite of products, services and solutions to accelerate customer outcomes.Assists customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems and service assurance.
Supports presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design.Technical leadership in execution of delivery projects.Improve solutions and methods developed in the field for use to the wider practice (knowledge sharing).Create, review and approve project deliverables e.g., Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation, Plans, Migrations Plans and Test Plans.Build and/or leverage test environments as required to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues.Leverage software skills and tools to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot products and solutions.
Contribute to the development of digital intellectual capital (e.g.
scripts, digital signatures).Act as a focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements.
Assures proper and quick resolution of complex customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies.
What You'll Bring:10+ years of experience in enterprise level network architecture, design and deploymentExtensive customer facing and consulting experienceDeep experience and understanding of Cisco Routing & Switching solutions in the Enterprise space, with a good understanding of technologies such as ISIS, OSPF, BGP.Deep understanding across Cisco SDA, DNA-Center, SDWAN and Campus networks, including Meraki.Understanding of key frameworks, platforms, technologies and protocols for Software Orchestration and Automation of Networks (SDN) desirable.CCIE level certifications highly desirableGovernment Security Clearance – desirable Flexible work environment, however, must be able to travel to customer site and office as required.
