Job Description
This position is available on either a Casual or Part-Time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage outbound calls and communications in line with outbound call campaigns and business objectives.
* Act as first point of contact for Customer, Consumer & Sales enquiries for our network of existing customers across Australia
* Manage customer interactions especially in regional areas over the phone and email.
* Collaborate with our Field Sales Team and key stakeholders to promote our products and to deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.
* Meet daily, weekly and Monthly KPI's to increase sales and increase our customer base.
* Utilising our CRM system to insure we have up to date customer details and relevant data to grow our business and improve processes.
