Social Futures is seeking a passionate GP or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic AOD Programs, The Bridge and Pillars of Support in Singleton and the Hunter Region. About the Role
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide primary health care and medical oversight while our AOD case managers deliver wrap-around psychosocial support for your patients. Together, you'll help people achieve better health outcomes and long-term recovery.
Requirements
* A GP or Nurse Practitioner with an interest in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD).
* Already prescribing opioid pharmacotherapies or motivated to gain this accreditation (with free training and paid support).
* Passionate about community health, improving outcomes in regional communities, collaboration with care teams, and continuity of care.
* Working with Children and a National Police Check are mandatory requirements for all staff.
