About the Role
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner (minimum Level 2) to join our growing allied health team in Parramatta. You'll be working in a modern clinic environment alongside a highly supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering meaningful, evidence-based behavioural support to NDIS participants.

What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct functional behaviour assessments
* Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans
* Work closely with clients, families, and support networks
* Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and other allied health clinicians
* Prepare high-quality NDIS reports and documentation
* Participate in MDT discussions and ongoing clinical development
About You
* Behaviour Support Practitioner Level 2 (minimum)
* Experience working with NDIS participants
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident managing behaviour support plans independently
* Eligible for NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and Australian work rights
