About the Role
We're looking for a talented and motivated Cook to be a key support to our kitchen leadership and help create incredible dining experiences for our residents at Springwood Greens Care Community.

What You'll Do
* Prepare and cook nutritious, high-quality meals that meet resident dietary needs and preferences.
* Support the Head and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and food service.
* Help maintain the highest standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and compliance.
* Step up and lead sections of the kitchen, developing your supervisory skills.
* Contribute ideas to menus and help create a dining experience that brings joy to our residents.
What You'll Need
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
* Several years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* A passion for food and a genuine desire to learn and take on more responsibility.
* Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
* Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check
