What You'll Do
* Establish and lead Hillier Property's property-management function
* Manage end-to-end portfolios across residential and commercial properties
* Build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Implement efficient systems and ensure full legislative compliance
* Identify and convert sales opportunities as the business grows
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years' experience in property management with a proven track record
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (essential)
* Drive to develop into residential or Commercial sales.
