Overview
Our company is based in the northern suburbs. We manufacture commercial coolrooms and freezer rooms along with carrying out repairs and maintenance.
This role is for three days per week - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. The applicant must be versatile to fill in other days and to cover annual leave periods of other office staff, where required.
Responsibilities
- Reception / Office administration duties
- Preperation of Quotations
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Answering telephones
- Accounts Payable assistant
- Accounts Receivable assistant
- Management of Daily Job registers / Weekly Sales reporting
- Business documentation record keeping, archiving
- Any other tasks upon request
Qualifications
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Reckon Accounts
- Experience in Reception / Office administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage various tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to work well within a team
