Centre Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Centre Director/Manager to oversee our childcare centre's operations, manage our team of educators, and provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and families.
Main Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase centre occupancy and build strong relationships with families and the local community.
* Team Development: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to centre staff to support their professional growth and high-quality teaching practices.
* Operational Management: Oversee enrolment, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient centre operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Program Development: Design and deliver educational programs aligned with developmental best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Risk Management: Ensure the centre's financial performance is managed effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with families, the local community, and other stakeholders through community outreach, events, and partnerships.
* Evaluation and Improvement: Lead centre evaluations, continuous improvement initiatives, and staff performance reviews to ensure the centre meets its goals and objectives.
