Job Title: Senior WMS Consultant
This is a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing Manhattan WMS solutions across the globe.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Leading the design, development, and deployment of global WMS standards, tools, and templates in line with strategic goals.
* Providing expert guidance and support to global deployment teams on Manhattan WMS platforms (ActiveWM and WMOS).
* Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for successful project delivery.
* Conducting training, product demonstrations, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.
* Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement new WMS capabilities and vendor releases.
* Supporting system setup, testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities to ensure seamless implementation.
What We Are Looking For:
* 10+ years of experience with Manhattan WMS, including at least 3 years in customer-facing project roles.
* Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics IT systems (WMS, TMS).
* Proven ability to manage complex processes and lead cross-functional project teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in diverse, multicultural environments.
* Operational experience in warehouse environments is highly desirable.
* A tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) and fluency in English (written and spoken).
