We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Supervisor to lead our building projects in Far North Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion, high-quality work, and adherence to industry standards.
* Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships with trade partners, contractors, and other external parties to drive workflow efficiency and achieve project goals.
* Perform material take-offs, obtain quotes from suppliers, and manage the procurement process effectively.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a trade-related field are essential.
* Proven experience as a supervisor in construction is highly valued.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations is required.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required are also essential.
