As a leader in Western Australian civil construction, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of our projects located in the WA Southwest region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise multiple construction projects simultaneously
* Manage construction crews of labourers, drainers, road builders, utility contractors, and machine operators
* Organise materials & machinery and ensure workforce, machinery & materials are in the right place, at the right time
* Allocate team member tasks and monitor work to ensure quality standards are always maintained
* Proactively manage site operations to ensure compliance to practices, policies, procedures, and statutory regulations
About You:
* Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with a good eye for detail
* A solutions mindset and strong focus on delivering exceptional results
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing circumstances
* Proficient in standard programs such as MS Project, Excel, Word
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
