This opportunity will see you deliver projects, as well as involvement with operations, building new relationships, managing projects from start to finish.
Projects include refurbishments, repairs, remediation, demolition and upgrade projects valued around $10,000 - $5Million
Responsibilities
* Manage remediation projects from initial setup through to completion
* Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
* Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
* Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
* Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
* Provide advice on any technical and engineering issues
* Liaise closely with the client to ensure project runs to program
* Involvement with tendering/estimation
* Create and modify ITP's and SWMS
* Raise RFI's and track responses
Your Experience
* Proven experience managing construction projects within a contactor environment
* Effective leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
* Read and understand construction plans
* Understanding and commitment to safety
* Commercial acumen
* Programming and planning skills
* Associated construction qualification bachelors or trade qualifications
Desirable But Not Essential
* Previous remediation experience
* Microsoft Projects experience
* Dispute resolution training
* Senior First Aid
