ICT Team Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Team Leader to lead the operations of our Service Desk and provide direction and support to our knowledgeable ICT team in delivering top-notch customer service, support, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate the Service Desk, responding and allocating requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
* Manage requests from Wellington Shire Council and East Gippsland Shire Council as part of a shared services arrangement.
* Maintain the IT register of assets.
* Deliver high-quality desktop and software support.
* Provide ICT/AV support to Councilors and Leadership Group across both councils for onsite or remote meetings and other events.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have qualifications or substantial experience in ICT Service Management and Service Desk activities, as well as experience in ICT asset management. You should be highly responsive to the needs of the ICT teams and able to operate seamlessly within the framework of responsibilities and priorities set by the Coordinator ICT Operations, including after-hours support. The role requires high quality customer service and excellent troubleshooting skills, with ability to manage priorities to ensure all service levels are maintained for both councils.
