Job Description
As a Revenue and Reservations Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and optimizing room inventory at our hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room inventory and pricing.
* Manage daily operations of the reservations department to ensure seamless coordination between sales, front desk, and booking teams.
* Analyze market trends and forecast demand to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Experience in revenue management and pricing strategy development.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast market trends.
* Reservations management and optimizing room inventory skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work on-site in Geelong, VIC.
* Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
