SAP Test Lead Location: Melbourne Contract: 12-month contract Working Model: Hybrid – 4 days per week onsite We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to join a large-scale SAP environment on a 12-month contract based in Melbourne. This is a hands-on lead role (not a Test Manager position), ideal for someone who enjoys being close to delivery while guiding and coordinating testing activities across a complex SAP landscape. About the Role You will step into an established program where the test strategy and high-level planning are already in place. Your focus will be on leading, coordinating and executing testing activities, ensuring quality outcomes across multiple SAP modules. This role requires strong leadership through influence, practical testing expertise, and the ability to roll up your sleeves when required. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate SAP testing activities across the program. Execute hands-on testing alongside leadership responsibilities. Guide and support testers, business users and system integrators where required. Ensure testing activities align with the existing test strategy and delivery timelines. Coordinate defect management, re-testing and regression testing cycles. Work closely with functional, technical and business stakeholders to validate end-to-end processes. Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks and issues. Skills & Experience Required 7 years’ experience in SAP testing, with exposure across most SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM etc) Proven experience in a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst role within SAP environments Strong hands-on testing background (functional, integration, UAT support, regression) Experience working in structured programs where strategy is defined, but execution and coordination are critical Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to lead by example and remain delivery-focused Why Apply?
