Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Kitchen Installation Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our installation department, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process from start to finish, ensuring that every project meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate kitchen installations across Sydney's Northern Beaches
* Lead a team of installers and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects on time
* Develop and implement effective project management strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
* Maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in cabinet making and/or kitchen installation
* A proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Proficiency in business systems, CAD programs, and office essentials
