* Payroll, invoicing and operational processes are running efficiently and accurately.
* WHS standards are embedded, proactive and consistently maintained across sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
* Drive branch sales and recruitment activity aligned to budgets and growth targets.
* Strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business opportunities.
* Analyse market demand and workforce trends to support strategic growth.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
* Ensure recruitment activities operate in line with Tecside SOPs and company policies.
* Monitor recruitment processes to maintain compliance and service quality.
* Approve quotations outside SOP parameters when required.
* Oversee advertising and workforce mobilisation activities.
* Review payroll reporting and timesheets weekly to ensure accuracy.
* Approve supplier invoices and allocate costs appropriately.
Risk Management and Workplace Safety
* Maintain strong WHS standards, worker education and site communication processes.
* Investigate incidents in line with SOPs and implement preventative actions.
* Drive annual WHS planning and safety performance outcomes.
Leadership and People Management
* Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team.
* Conduct structured performance and development reviews.
* Support succession planning and leadership development.
* Drive engagement through communication, recognition and training.
* Manage performance proactively to support individual and team success.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience within the recruitment industry (essential).
* Previous agency leadership experience (essential).
* Demonstrated success managing a P&L.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical capability.
* Ability to lead strategically while remaining operationally hands‐on.
