Sonoma Bakery Bowral is dedicated to serving the community with artisan sourdough, exceptional service and specialty coffee. We’re seeking a self-motivated, agile manager who embodies a passion for hospitality and customer service. Role is Full-Time and will be located in Bowral.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional service
Coach and train team members for continuous improvement
Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow
Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
Foster a deep knowledge of our products
Manage payroll, stock, and daily ordering processes effectively.
About You
Proven experience in a similar managerial role (within the food and beverage sector preferrable)
Strong background in food service and/or specialty coffee (2+ years preferred)
Excellent customer focus and clear communication skills
Leadership experience with a focus on team development
Familiarity with store management and achieving financial targets
Experience
Speciality Coffee: 2 years (Preferred)
Management in Hospitality: 2 years (Required)
