Personal Assistant/ Office Manager – Medical Practice

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a medical practice. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a professional healthcare environment while managing both clinical and administrative priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments
• Liaise with patients, GPs, and hospitals with professionalism
• Prepare correspondence and confidential documents
• Assist with billing, dictation, and practice management software
• Coordinate travel and day-to-day logistics
• Provide administrative and personal support to ensure smooth practice operations
About You
• Experience as a PA/EA or Medical Secretary (healthcare experience preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of PA/EA or Medical Secretary experience required
• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; medical software knowledge an advantage
• Experience with medical practice management software preferred
• Independent, reliable, and proactive approach
• Must have valid Australian work rights
