Job Description
Join our high‐performing Investment Services team as a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant. You'll be the trusted "go‐to" person who keeps day‐to‐day operations running smoothly, supporting campaigns, client service and team efficiency.
In this role, you will:
* Prepare polished reports, submissions and client documents.
* Support marketing and campaign activities (InDesign/Canva advantageous).
* Coordinate team calendars, meetings and internal communications.
* Manage invoicing, billing and financial administration.
* Maintain SharePoint folders, templates and key team documentation.
* Contribute to process improvements and streamlined workflows.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Confidence with Microsoft Office; design tools a plus.
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach.
* Experience in team support or administration
