As a Fresh Convenience Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets you will lead your team to maintain a consistent inventory process to deliver availability across all hours of the day for our customers and showcase your relationship and communication skills to maintain a good relationship with vendors.
What You'll Do
* Lead your department to maintain end-to-end operations and provide a great shopping experience for customers.
* Foster a connected, flexible and high performing team; collaborate with store leadership and team members.
* Develop leadership skills and department capabilities through the Store Leadership Pathway.
* Ensure a safe, compliant and efficient in-store environment.
