About the Role

We're looking for a fast, precise, and creative Content Creator to join our team. This role is focused on post-production and distribution. You will be repurposing, editing, scheduling, and optimising short-form content for social media ads and organic channels. If you love turning raw footage into scroll-stopping content and making sure it goes live at the right time, this is for you.

This role would be perfect for someone who's created their own creator page and wants to work in a leading social-first agency.


Key Outputs & Responsibilities

* High-Volume Editing: Edit and produce between 10-15 short-form videos per week for social media channels like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
* Content Repurposing: Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, interviews) into engaging, short-form clips.
* UGC & Brand Content: Transform raw user-generated content (UGC) and client-provided footage into compelling, polished advertisements and organic posts.
* Trend-Driven Creativity: Stay ahead of social media trends and implement new editing styles, sounds, and graphics to maximise engagement.
* Optimisation: Ensure all video content is optimised for each platform's unique requirements to achieve maximum reach and performance.
* Organisational Skills : Familiarity with scheduling platforms and a knack for keeping publishing calendars on track.
* Posting & Scheduling : Upload and schedule content across social channels using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer to ensure consistency and timeliness.


What You Bring

* Proven Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing your work as a video editor, specifically with short-form social media content.
* Technical Proficiency: Expertise with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut for rapid-fire edits. Bonus if using any other tools.
* Creative Mindset: A keen eye for pacing, visual storytelling, and design, with the ability to add effects, transitions, and soundtracks that drive the content.
* Performance Focus: An understanding of what drives engagement and the ability to produce content that isn't just creative, but also delivers on key marketing objectives.
* Communication: Strong ability to work collaboratively with our creative team to bring ideas to life.
