Job Title: Technical Solution Architect
About the Role:
This is a key position within our organization where you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technical solutions to meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, and your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our technical capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement technical solutions for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with development teams to develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
* Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of technical requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicating effectively and providing exceptional service.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in lieu of education considered.
* At least eight years of experience in information technology, with a focus on software development, architecture, or engineering.
* Australian citizens and those authorized to work in Australia encouraged to apply; sponsorship not available at this time.
* Five years of experience in Siebel UCM/CRM, Siebel OpenUI, configuration, workflows, EIM, and Oracle Enterprise Data Quality 11g or 12d.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Expertise in software development life cycle, including requirement elicitation, application architecture definition, design, and testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Financial industry domain experience.
* Experience with Oracle Policy Automation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Working Conditions:
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Travel may be required as per job requirements. Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
