About your new role
* Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
* Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
* Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
A little about you
* Diploma or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
* Experience in an early childhood setting
* Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF
