The successful candidate will undertake the below: Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base Assist customers with test drives About you: To thrive in this role, you'll bring a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
