The Burleigh Leagues Club are looking for a full time Restaurant Supervisor for their Kitchen34 Restaurant.
Our newly refurbished venue has amazing new outlets, including Kitchen34, and we are on the lookout for a Restaurant Supervisor who can ignite a fiery passion for excellence in customer service and help elevate the dining experience to new heights.
This role will have you oversee restaurant operations, managing staff and staff training. You will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the restaurant, ensuring the restaurants presentation is of the highest standards.
Collaboration is key in this dynamic role, as you work closely with your team members and management across all locations to create memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities and Requirements
You will bring:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor.
The ability to show strong supervisory skills with experience in supervising staff & training.
Competent to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
The ability to have the restaurant presentation of the highest standard.
The capability to assist with Events and Functions in the Club.
