Business Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and effective Business Support Officer to provide front office services and administrative support to our community. As the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Principal, Manager, and Operations Team
* Manage day-to-day activities, including reception, mailroom, and meeting coordination
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
* Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders as required
