Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Lead
Job Description:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of D365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with business stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria when required
- Conduct fit-gap analysis of business requirements and propose solutions for identified gaps
- Prepare wireframes, process flows, and presentations around system design
- Create functional solution designs to address business, interface, and performance requirements
- Configure D365 CRM product based on requirements
- Conduct end-user and admin training sessions, show-and-tell sessions, and provide tailored demonstrations of technology solutions
- Review functional test cases based on acceptance criteria
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively managing associated issues and risks, and ensuring on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have experience as a functional lead on end-to-end D365 Customer Engagement implementations. You should also have hands-on experience in D365 CRM product configurations and a good understanding of the Dynamics 365 security model.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in user training and showcases
- Experience in working in Agile projects and using tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and ability to initiate conversations proactively
